Agreement to Terms

Service Description
BattaAccar provides professional appliance repair services across the United Kingdom. Our services include:
- Diagnosis and repair of household appliances
- Emergency repair services
- Maintenance and servicing
- Parts replacement and installation
Service Terms
Appointments and Scheduling
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance
- We provide estimated arrival times, not exact appointment times
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment
- Emergency services are subject to availability
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP)
- Diagnostic fees apply as stated in our service pricing
- Payment is due upon completion of service
- We accept cash, card, and bank transfer payments
- Additional charges may apply for parts and materials
Warranties and Guarantees
Service Warranty
We provide a 90-day warranty on all repair work performed, covering:
- Workmanship and labor
- Parts installed during the repair
- Return visits for the same issue at no additional charge
Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse or abuse
- Repairs performed by other service providers
- Pre-existing conditions not addressed during our service
Limitation of Liability
BattaAccar's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for:
- Consequential or indirect damages
- Loss of use, profits, or business interruption
- Damage to surrounding property during normal service operations
- Data loss from electronic appliances
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing safe access to appliances
- Clearing the work area of personal belongings
- Providing accurate information about appliance issues
- Being present during service or authorizing a representative
- Payment for services rendered
Health and Safety
For the safety of our technicians and customers:
- Work areas must be accessible and safe
- Pets must be secured during service visits
- We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions
- All electrical and gas safety regulations must be followed
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of BattaAccar and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
